Join Gippsland Water’s talk on environmental management

Gippsland Water is holding a free webinar for customers to learn about its environmental management and carbon reduction initiatives.

The 60 minute session will run from 1pm on Tuesday 8 June 2021.

The webinar will cover Gippsland Water’s:

• role in recycling and the circular economy
• use of renewable energy and commitment to carbon reduction
• initiatives to protect the environment
• environmental regulatory obligations.

Led by environmental and sustainability coordinator Deb Archer, this is a great opportunity to learn about Gippsland Water’s role in caring for the local environment.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and get involved in future planning.

This is the third in a series of online community events run by Gippsland Water as it develops its next Urban Water Strategy and Price Submission to the Essential Services Commission.
