We offer many ways to pay your bill.

We offer many ways to pay your bill. 

We can also set up a flexible payment plan, so you can pay your bills in smaller regular instalments. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. To set one up, visit flexible payment plans.

Direct debit

Direct debit is an easy way to make sure your bills are paid on time. Direct debit payments are automatically taken from your bank account or credit card.

Direct debits can be set up to pay the full balance of your account on the due date, or to pay an amount in regular instalments. The amount you select will be deducted from your bank account weekly, fortnightly, monthly or every four weeks.

To change or cancel a direct debit, contact us three working days before the payment is due.

BPAY

BPAY lets you use your phone or internet banking service to pay your account with us.

Our biller code number is 3475 and your reference number can be found in the ‘How to pay’ section on the front of your bill. Please include your reference number when paying with BPAY.

Online payment

You can pay your account online through our website, using your VISA or Mastercard. Payments can be made in full, or for part of the balance.

Phone

To pay on the phone, call 1800 050 500 and select option 1. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

AusPost

Pay in person at any Australia Post office by cash, cheque or credit card. Remember to take a copy of your bill with you, as they need the barcode to process your payment.

Centrepay

Use Centrepay to make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Centrepay is a voluntary and easy payment option available to Centrelink customers.
