Sign up for eBills
Instead of receiving paper bills, you can choose to receive your bills via email.
To sign up to eBills, you'll need to register and log in to our online services and:
- Go to Profile settings at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down to bill delivery option
- Select "email" as the delivery option
- Select "Submit"
You can also call us on 1800 050 500 and our team will switch you to eBills.

We won't share your personal information with anyone without your consent, unless it's required or authorised by law. See our Privacy Policy which sets out how and why we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
About eBills
- If you're signed up for eBills, we'll send your bills to your email address instead of sending them to your postal address
- Our emails will include a PDF attachment of your full bill.
- If you have a flexible payment plan, or other arrangements on your account, they will continue.

If you have multiple properties with the same name and postal address on our system, all the properties will update to eBills, as long as you are listed as the primary contact.
If you're not the primary contact for these properties, you'll need to contact us to make the change.
