In 2024, we worked with Bartley Consulting and Wallis Social Research to better understand what our customers think about their water supply.
We randomly selected customers who lived or worked in Sale, Wurruk, Morwell and Warragul and asked them to share their experiences and expectations. We conducted a voluntary, anonymous survey, as well as interviews and focus group sessions.
The purpose of the research was to learn more about current levels of customer satisfaction and explore if further work is needed. The feedback we received will help inform possible future water supply projects and will be considered when we develop our 2028 Price Submission.
