This Procurement Complaints Policy outlines our approach to handling complaints in accordance with the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) guidelines.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear and transparent process for addressing and resolving complaints regarding procurement and contracting activities conducted by us.

It applies to all parties engaged in procurement and contracting activities with us, including but not limited to goods, services, and construction contracts.
