We can tailor a flexible payment plan to meet your needs.

Our flexible payment plan will allow you to pay your bills in smaller regular instalments. You can choose whether you want to pay your account weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

You can request a change at any time to meet your circumstances.

To set up a payment plan:

  1. Calculate your instalment using the calculator below
  2. Complete the flexible payment plan form

The 'bill total' will be your current bill minus any concession entitlements. If you don't have three bills handy, enter the same bill total in each field.

Set up your flexible payment plan

Now that you've calculated your instalment amount, you're ready to set up your flexible payment plan.

There are three ways you can pay your flexible payment plan:

If the calculated instalment amount ends up being too high, we'll automatically reduce it on our end before the first payment is taken out.

If it's not high enough, we'll contact you before making any changes.
