Gippsland Water has confirmed that storages have now returned to normal and customers in Maffra, Stratford and Boisdale can resume normal water use.
The update follows advice issued to customers last week to put off any non-essential water use due to significant water quality changes in the Macalister River, which impacted treatment capacity.
Gippsland Water thanks customers for their cooperation and patience over the weekend and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
