Opportunities open to join Gippsland Water’s customer reference group

Gippsland Water is calling for applications to join its customer reference group.

The group was established in 2021 and helps ensure customer views are reflected in the organisation’s decisions, services, performance reviews and future plans.

It meets at least four times a year and is made up of six to 12 people. Membership is for a three-year term.

People of all backgrounds, ages and interests are invited to apply.

Members must be Gippsland Water customers and will be appointed on their ability to represent broad customer views.

Applicants will be required to complete a short questionnaire about their demographics and upload their CV, but no formal qualifications are required.

Applications close Sunday 27 August.
